Originally when we were looking at homes, we were looking to see what homes were in our price range based on what we were pre-approved for. We met Ying at an open house and he was very interested in helping us. I don’t think that we would have been as motivated to sell our home if Ying was not there to help us along the way. He provided comps of what our home was worth and provided strategies to help sell our home. Within the first week, we received multiple offers. We actually received offers before our first open house. Ying was very patient throughout the process and helped us understand what we needed to do as both sellers of our current home and buyers of our new home. We were looking to move into a different neighborhood, but Ying was able to find us a home in the same neighborhood with all that we were looking for. The timing also worked out great as we were able to sell our home and move into our new home the next day. Overall very positive experience. Ying went out of his way and was available any time we needed him. Could not recommend another realtor better than Ying.
