Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop new potential clients in North America and South America for automotive, security and other industries.
2. Market & customer investigation, deeply analysis customer demands, setting sales goals and achieving plans.
3. Customer visit and reception, to build and maintain customer relationship.
4. Early project involvement including understanding project background, product SPEC, customer needs and quotation strategy.
5. Leading RFQ project, and coordinate internal resources to complete cost breakdown and quotation.
6. Follow-up RFQ projects, taking proactive negotiation with clients for business development
7. Project implementation and follow up, including tooling development, sample submission, approval and mass production schedule.
8. Follow-up On-Time delivery for POs, timely understanding of demand and risk management.
9. Follow-up customer’s payment to avoid overdue payment and financial risks.
10. Effectively completion of tasks arranged by supervisor.
Position Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or Above.
2. Major in Marketing, marketing management, mechanical engineering,
3. At least 2 years sales experience of industrial products. Stamping and lock industry is preferred.
4. Excellent in WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT.
5.
6. Strong sense of market development, practical, diligent, aggressive, open mind and able to work under pressure;
7. Strong executive ability, interpersonal ability, good communication skills and high loyalty.

工作职责
1. 负责开发北美和南美市场的汽车和一般工业新客户;
2. 客户与市场分析,挖掘客户需求,制定销售目标和达成计划;
3. 日常拜访客户和客户接待,组织攻关活动,维护客户关系;
4. 项目前期沟通包括项目背景、产品要求的识别、客户需求和报价策略;
5. 主导询价项目,协调各个工厂的内部资源完成报价;
6. 报价后续跟进,积极与客户互动及商务谈判;
7. 定案项目回馈客户阶段性样品开发、试作、送样、批准和生产进度计划;
8. 监管客户订单的准时发货,及时跟踪客户需求变化做好订单风险管理;
9. 客户货款跟进和跟催,确保货款及时收回,避免财务风险;
10. 及时完成上级主管安排的相关工作。
岗位的技能要求
1. 大学本科(或以上)学历;
2. 市场营销、市场管理、机械等相关专业;
3. 有2年以上的销售经验,冲压件或门锁行业经验优先;
4. 会西班牙语优先考虑,能适应出差;
5. 熟练掌握WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint等办公软件
6. 工作踏实、勤奋、积极进取、主动性强、善于学习,能够在压力下工作;
7. 具有较强的执行力、人际能力、沟通能力、有较高的忠诚度;
8. 本岗位为全职
