Key Responsibilities主要工作职责:
1. Assisting CEO on administrate activities，etc;
协助CEO处理公司行政及相关事务
2. Assisting CEO in preparing meetings, including online and video;
协助CEO进行会议准备，包括在线或视频
3. Secretarial services to the company including traveling arrangements, hotel and transportation arrangements for Chinese colleagues in the USA;
为公司提供行政服务，包括公司中国团队成员在美国的出差安排，酒店和交通安排等。
4. Provide professional interpretation and translation work for CEO and other Chinese colleagues on business trip in the USA.
为CEO以及其他从中国到美国出差的同事提供专业语言支持服务，包括文件翻译和陪同翻译、会议口译。
5. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager.

Position Requirements基本任职资格:
You should have:
1.Bachelor Degree in relative majors, including Chinese, Administration, Business Management etc.
相关专业本科以上学历，包括中文，行政，商务管理等。
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
熟练掌握中文和英语的口语及书面表达。
3. Good command of MS office software application;
熟练应用微软办公软件。
4． Full time 全职
