Room in 3 bedrooms house for Rent

We have cats! If you are allergic, this is probably not the place for you.$850.00 per month, includes wifi and utilities.We're looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom house ( SDSU area , 92115). You would have your own bedroom and bathroom (for the most part). The house has a nice green, shady backyard with bar area, BBQ grill and fruit trees. There is plenty of street parking (no permits needed). There's laundry room, good sized kitchen, large dining room, living room and with working fireplace. Newly refinished hardwood floor throughout. There's a complete outdoor gym with free weight set with dumbbells 5lb to 100lb, squat rack, pull down/cable machine. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with nice neighbors.

About us: A working guy and gal in their 40's that like cook, watch movies, drink beer on the weekends etc.

About you: on time with the rent, clean!, dependable, decent credit, keep common areas clean, know how to be quiet when others are sleeping, drama free, doesn't bring disrespectful people to the house, drug free (pot is ok), doesn't smoke in the house, must be nice to my animals and most importantly has a sense of humor, at least a little.

We are looking for one person (great for a student)not a couple, for at least 6 months, longer if it works out. Move in can be anytime this month. Sorry, no more pets. The rent is $850 plus $850 deposit. I can send pics on request. Thanks.
