1.Hands-on experience working on a production line, with proven experience managing
a team of around 10 people
2. Basic English reading and writing skills for simple communication and documentation
3. Prior experience in an IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) company is highly preferred
4. Strong sense of responsibility, good execution, and effective communication skills
生产线主管
1. 拥有生产线实际工作经验，并具备管理10人左右团队的丰富经验
2. 具备基本的英语读写能力，能够进行简单的沟通和文档处理
3. 具有IVD（体外诊断）公司工作经验者优先考虑
4. 责任心强，执行力强，沟通能力强

Machine Operator (3 persons)
1. Previous experience in operating production machinery
2. Basic English reading and writing skills
3. Experience in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry is a plus
4. Detail-oriented, with strong execution and team spirit
机器操作员
1.有生产相关机器操作经验
2.简单的英文读写能力
3.有IVD（体外诊断）企业相关经验者优先
4.工作细致，具备良好的执行力与团队合作精神

Production Planning Specialist (1 person)
1.Experience working in a manufacturing company
2.Familiar with production planning and statistics, with some data analysis skills
3.Basic English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
4.Prior experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry is preferred
5.Well-organized, logical thinker with strong communication and coordination skills
1.有生产型企业工作经验
2.熟悉生产计划与统计流程，具备一定的数据分析能力
3.具备基本的英文听说读写能力
4.有IVD（体外诊断）行业经验者优先
5.做事有条理，逻辑清晰，具备良好的沟通与协调能力

Equipment maintenance specialist (1 person)
1.Familiar with basic principles and structures of mechanical and automation equipment
2.Knowledge of commercial electricity and basic electrical circuits
3.Prior experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical/automation equipment is
preferred
4.Strong hands-on skills, sense of responsibility, and good team work

4.Able to adapt to production pace and collaborate with the production team
5.Basic English reading/writing ability (e.g., product names, batch numbers)
