圣地亚哥靠近Mira Mesa的生物科技公司现招聘一名全职工艺/制造工程师。有相关背景经验者优先，年薪面议。
如下是职位简介：
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
§Conduct study to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing
§Perform manufacturing in Intermediates Screening, Lamination, Strip Cutting
§Assist other manufacturing works such as strips drying, dip card back labeling, pouch sealing and product label printing etc.
§Study and assist the upstream technical manufacturing
§Develop and draft related process validation protocols and complete the reports
§Create manufacturing documents and instructions
§Design and plan equipment layout
§Conduct tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production
§Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes
§Evaluate processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
Expected Areas of Competence:
§Demonstrated strong writing and communication skills.
§Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels, including with team members and other departments.
§Strong attention to details, and ability to multitask.
§Strong computer skills.
§Ability to lead a team, influence others and strong organizational skills and development project experience qualify the occupant to lead teams and handle increasing levels of responsibilities.
Education/Experience Requirements:
§US Bachelor’s (or non-US equivalent) degree in Sciences, Engineering or related field.
§More than 3 years of experience in same industry.

§None, but if appliable training or other activities
Language Requirements:
§English
§Mandarin
