Kitchenette with 2 burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, bathroom and shower. Separate entrance, owner occupied home next door. We have enjoyed 11 years of ALI and grad student tenants from Europe and Asia. We will orientate you to the city and our way of life in San Diego when you arrive. Airport pick up possible. We can put you in touch with former students if you would like. $950/month rent, lease by semester, $950 security deposit, application and proof of registration to university and visa status required.
