Hiring Position: Product Promotion Manager
Responsibilities
l Understand and use all upcoming product features and user experience and communicate them to relevant departments to improve the overall user experience;
l Cooperate with product, operation, marketing, and technical departments to promote the improvement of key issues, and determine the priority of product optimization based on the number of issues, the degree of impact and other related indicators;
l Handle user situations in accordance with policies and procedures, and maintain communication with users through emails, social software, etc.;
l Promote the product through various channels and strategies, and form the download and use of many users, and understand the project-related dynamics;
l Establish and operate a platform for long-term communication and display between users and us: including but not limited to social groups, Twitter, YouTube, etc.;
l Other tasks assigned by superiors
Qualification:

Ø Communicate directly with users and explain the characteristics and advantages of the products or services provided;
Ø Show the product or service and provide help for the best application of the product or service;
Ø Answer all questions about the product or service and provide appropriate advice when needed;
Ø Basic computer skills;
Ø Build rapport (requires at least 2 years of experience);
Ø customer service;
Ø Actively listen to customer opinions and follow up;
Ø Ability and willingness to undertake additional tasks;
Ø Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations;
Ø Be able to work flexibly and comply with the company's scheduling policy;
Ø The feedback and reporting involved can be standardized, streamlined, and systematic;
Ø Experience requirement 2 years of work experience;
Ø Educational requirements E-commerce related graduates.
